- Process Control Tests at various stages: on completion of Diaz reaction, on completion of coupling, on completion of washing
- Finished Product Analysis: Moisture Control, Solvent insoluble, pH of water Extract, Melting Point, Spectra strength, Chloride contents, Bulk Density, Sieve Test (if required) and Sulphate Ash
